Can I come into the office?

Yes, come on in! We’d love to have you. Make sure to schedule with one of us and we’d love to show you around. We’re conveniently located in East Nashville in the North Inglewood area.

Do you buy land too?

We absolutely buy raw land, development opportunities, recreational land, etc.

Will you pay a fair price for my property?

Many times we purchase a house or property for below market value. This isn’t news to most people. We do this so we can make repairs and re-sell at a later date, or we often keep them as a rental. We are looking to get a fair discount on a property. Our purchasing process is 100% honest and transparent. In our experience, many sellers aren’t expecting a large “windfall” on the property. They want to sell their unwanted house for cash, they want to close quickly, and they don’t want to pay agent fees or waste time and effort on expensive repairs. How do you determine an offer price for my house?

Our process is very straightforward: we look at the location of the property; what repairs are needed; the current condition of the property; and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take that and other pieces of information into consideration to come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too!

Are there any fees or commissions when I work with you?

There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to Keyworks LLC. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit, then we’ll buy your house. We’ll pay for the closing costs too! No hassle. No fees. We make our money after we pay for repairs on the house (if any) and sell it for a profit or keep the property as a rental.

How is Keyworks LLC different from a real estate agent?

Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers, if there are any, and then takes a percentage of the sale price. The agent’s commissions are often up to 6% of the sale price of your house. That means if you sell your house for 300,000, you’ll pay up to $18,000 in commissions to an agent! Agents can provide a great service, but sellers need to be willing to possibly wait 3 to 6 months to sell. They also have to not mind giving up some of that sale price to pay for the agent’s commission. But that’s where Keyworks LLC is different. Since we’re home buyers, not agents, our company buys your house. We will buy your house from you, and we pay cash. Once you give us a call, we contact you within 24 hours with an initial offer.

Is there any obligation when I submit my information?

There is absolutely zero obligation for you! Tell us about your property and we’ll take a look at things, set up a call with you to find out a bit more, and make you an all-cash offer that you’ll find is fair for you and fair for us. Once you receive the offer, it’s 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house to us. We won’t hassle you or harass you!
